How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and music media like vinyl or CDs must be unopened to qualify for a return.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you ship internationally?
